Parliament has passed the Land and Titles (Amendment) Bill 2016 this morning with the absolute backing of both the Opposition and Independent benches. When tabling the bill in Parliament, the Minister for Lands, Housing and Survey Hon Moses Garu said this piece of legislation is part of the Democratic Coalition for Change Government’s reform programme to enhance national development programmes. THE COUNTRY’s largest social network group welcomes the High Court decision handed down by Chief Justice Sir Albert Palmer on Tuesday 19 April.
